Patch notes - v1.8

A few minor updates in version 1.8:

• Fixed bug allowing talking to npcs that had just become invisible.
• Updated credits content.
• Made sure building 1 npc explains that no guessing required.
• Fixed bug that the race car crash noises were really quiet when player actually in game.
• Minor updates to some other npc dialogue.
